The training is dedicated to improving practical skills in analysing information, accurately formulating and justifying conclusions and using them to solve business problems.

Collective intelligence
The main purpose of the training is to increase the collective intelligence of the team by improving methods of group communication and collective decision-making.
In the course of the training, participants will also acquire knowledge in the field of correct rationale formulation, transparent evaluation of statements and develop skills in critical thinking, argumentation and avoidance of communication and cognitive errors.
The training is recommended for teams working together within an organisation or project.
